The Council’s Housing Department looks after all housing properties on the Craven Vale Estate and additional houses in Baker’s Bottom lived in by council tenants and leaseholders, although many of the individual houses have been sold to freeholders under ‘right-to-buy’ legislation and are no longer the responsibility of the Council.
